I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The pools are definitely a highlight, providing a peaceful setting for relaxation. The spa services, particularly the mud baths, were unique and enjoyable. However, I was disappointed by the lack of basic amenities like room service, and noise from adjacent rooms disrupted our restful sleep. Overall, while the facilities are nice, the overall experience could use some improvements.
